Dusty Rhodes Return News, Kurt Angle/New Talent

- Yesterday on WWBA in Tampa, Dusty Rhodes did a radio appearance with Shannon Rose. In the appearance, Dusty blames the current state of the business on fans thinking they are smart but are really not. He mentioned that he was unable to secure a TV deal for his company but wants to keep it local. Also, the company will tour only in small areas. He also put over Steve Corino.

- Kurt Angle will be appearing with Secretary of State Mark Kiffmeyer in a statewide PSA in Minnesota. This will be for the Smackdown your Vote campaign.

- A cruiserweight wrestler named Spanky is scheduled to come in for a look by the WWE on their October 7th and 8th tapings.

Reason WWE Fired Awesome/Stasiak/Horace, more

The main reason Shawn Stasiak was released from WWE was due to personal problems, apparently. Stasiak was considered a 'lost cause' in that he had so much potential, but something behind-the-scenes kept him from living up to his expectations.

Horace Hogan was released mainly because his Uncle, Hulk Hogan, is on the 'in active roster' and was the main reason Horace got a job with WWE to begin with.

Mike Awesome was said to have dissapointed the wrong people since suffering an injury that kept him on the sidelines for quite a while. Apparently upon his road to recovery, Awesome appeared to be dramatically out of shape.
