I was watching velocity (don't normally) last sunday before summerslam and Lita was commentating!
She looked really well- no brace!

Anyway Marc Loyd was asking Lita how she felt about the split of the hardys and she said they will always be brothers and something about following Matt!
She also said it was a pleasure to be invited onto a smackdown show by Stephanie McMahon. *She smiled*
Looks like we could see another defection when she returns next year!!!

The following are some news and notes on WWE Diva, Lita, courtesy of Phil Speer @ WWE.com:

-Lita's love for animals is highly emphasized, with her stating that her dog has been the only constant in here life.

-Physically Lita feels great after her surgery but is watching what she does as she doesn't want a reoccurrence of the injury.

-Lita comments on her on-screen boyfriend, Matt Hardy, saying that she doesn't know if she'll join him at SmackDown!. She goes on to say that she is happy at the opportunity Matt has been given.

-Finally, Lita, comments on her short stint as a color commentator on Velocity. She says that it was very hard and even worse for newer girls as they are exposed on-air. She ends by saying she was happy to have the experience and wouldn't mind trying it again to get better at it.
