The following news is derived and re-written from the Torch Newsletter.
Jeff Hardy and Justin Credible were taken off some house show line-ups for the future as somewhat of a punishment. Both Hardy and Credible have repreatedly shown up to WWE shows lately very late, which we've documented as far as Hardy goes for quite a while now. The two haven't been suspended, despite what others claim, but were removed from house shows thereby digging into their house show payoffs they would get for working the dates.
Matt Hardy was very dissappointed with the decision made by WWE to remove him from the role of being the guy to injure Rey Mysterio. Originally, Chris Benoit was in mind for that angle, but it was never promised to him so there isn't much to say in that regard. Then, the decision was made to give it to Matt Hardy, and up until the day of the show where the angle took place, Matt was guaranteed the spot. Apparently, it was WWE agent Johnny Ace that convinced Vince McMahon to make the change from Matt Hardy to Albert.
