Gail Kim was backstage at last night's WWE Armageddon pay-per view in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Some expected her to make an impact in the Women's title match, and there was probably some debate as to whether or not to use her, but when push came to shove she was just another face in the crowded locker room.
The lesbian segment that aired last night with Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie was the original segment taped two weeks ago that UPN rejected. WWE edited it knowing full-well they would repeat their HLA display on RAW a few months ago by finishing the angle regardless at the pay-per view. There was some consideration to re-shoot the scenes and possibly get a bit more vulgar, but the segment used was simply the one taped originally for SmackDown! two weeks ago.
Triple H was competing last night with what is being called a pretty messed up hamstring. Many in the backstage area obviously aren't big Triple H fans, but his record of working with serious injuries the past year is flawless. He's worked through a quadriceps tear, crushed windpipe, and a hamstring injury, not to mention a ton of bumps and bruises. No word on whether or not the match made matters worse for HHH's injury, but it was considered a very gutsy move on his part to go at a match like that with a bad wheel.
